What this site stores

Applications, model profiles, measurements, photographs, Instagram handles and follower counts, booking enquiries, and account emails for invited models and admins. The public directory shows only published profiles that are not overdue. Shortlists are stored in your browser, not on our servers.

Where it is held

The site runs on Cloudflare. The database, authentication and file storage are on Supabase. Choose the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2) when the project is created. Email is sent with Resend. Instagram follower counts are read from Meta’s Graph API. Those providers may process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Bookings and clients

Enquiry details are used to reply and to arrange a booking. Model contact details are shared with a client only when that model is being put forward and the booking is going ahead.

Advertising measurement

The public pages of this site use the Meta Pixel and cookies to measure our advertising. The pixel is provided by Meta Platforms. It may send Meta browsing data, such as the pages you view and whether an application was submitted. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or anything else you type into a form, through the pixel. The pixel is not used on the admin pages or the model portal.

You can opt out in your Meta ad preferences, and through your browser settings by blocking cookies.

Access and complaints

You can ask for access, correction or deletion. Complaints can go to us first, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992).
