This notice explains how Untitled Models (“we”, “us”) handles the personal information you give us when you apply to join as a model. Read it with our privacy policy.
Who we are

What we collect
Your name and preferred name, date of birth, contact details, state and suburb, physical details (height, measurements, shoe size, hair and eye colour), polaroids, your Instagram handle and confirmation that it is a Professional account, modelling experience, whether you are applying as women or men, categories of interest, and an ABN if you give one. If a client needs proof of identity or age for a job, we'll ask the model to provide it before the booking is confirmed.
Photos and measurements can reveal sensitive information, such as racial or ethnic origin or health. We collect that only with your consent, and only to assess your application and match you with work.
If you are accepted, we display your Instagram handle and public follower count on your profile and may share them with clients. A daily job uses Instagram’s official API, via Meta Platforms, to read the public follower count of a Professional account. We store the count and the date it was updated. We do not access your password, messages, private content or insights, and we do not scrape Instagram. You can withdraw consent through the contact form. We then remove the handle and count and stop retrieving them. Unsuccessful applications are not looked up.
Cookies and advertising
When you use this site, including this application form, we use the Meta Pixel and cookies to measure our advertising. Meta Platforms may receive browsing data, such as the pages you view and that you submitted an application. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or the other details in this form, to Meta through the pixel.
You can opt out in your Meta ad preferences, and through your browser settings by blocking cookies.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, contact you, confirm you are 18 or over and, if you are accepted, to set up your profile, put you forward to clients and arrange bookings. If you don’t provide required fields, we may not be able to consider you.
Who we share it with
We don’t share an application with clients unless you are accepted and agree to be put forward. Service providers who help us run the site, email, database and storage (including Supabase, Cloudflare and Resend) may process it. Meta Platforms receives your Instagram handle when we request a follower count. Some providers may store information overseas, including in the United States. We don’t sell personal information.
How long we keep it
If an application is unsuccessful we keep it for up to 12 months, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. We don't routinely keep identity documents.
Access, correction and complaints
Use the contact form to access or correct your information, or to withdraw an application. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
